• 3.5% of Gross Income or $2,850.00 per month, per property, whichever is greater

District Management Services:

• 8-14 Properties, 400 units or larger per property
• State Specific or Bordering States
• 3.0% of Gross Income or $2,600.00 per month per property whichever is greater

Cost for Consulting Service

• $2,800.00 per Property per evaluation
• Complete evaluation of your Property
• Written recommendation to resolving Negative Property Issues

Cost for "At Your Property" Employee Training

• $1,800 per Employee at your specific Property
• Strongly Recommend EACH employee, be trained, at the site they manage
• No In-Classroom Training - Extra Place finds Classroom Training Ineffective, NON-productive and NOT beneficial for Employees or Owners

Cost to Become a Member, Partnering Your Property with Extra Place

• Introductory Offer $1,300.00 for the first 12 months
• $1,500.00 annually (12 months), thereafter
• Limited partnership opportunity to only 5,000 properties

Cost to List Your "Property for Sale" with Extra Place

• $1,200.00 annually (12 months) Owner provides the property information, pictures and contact information - replies sent directly to your email
